Really good Seafront Stay
spacious beer gardenconvenient location
I appreciated the spacious beer garden. It had a play area for children. The location proved convenient as it was right on the seafront close to bars and restaurants.
There wasn't enough staff in the restaurant and reception on one morning.

The hotel's location is right on the seafront. My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, with a good choice of items.
I booked a sea view room, but it lacked a balcony. The check-in processes were slow and labored. I also found that accessing an invoice was difficult.

The breakfast was nice with plenty of choice
I was disappointed to find the service quite slow one evening. It took nearly an hour for my food to arrive though the restaurant was not full. When it came, my burger was so hard I could not cut it with a knife. I think it was microwaved. It is a shame as I visited frequently before and never had this issue.

The location was good. It was close to where I needed to be.
The service was slow, even though the place wasn't crowded. I waited almost an hour for my food to arrive. When my burger finally came, it was so hard that I couldn't even cut it with a knife, I was frustrated.

the room was spacious. the bed was quite comfortable.
My check-in was annoyingly slow. i couldn't even get ahold of an invoice easily. my room faced the car park, and i found this unacceptable! the hotel wasn't full. A sea view could have been given.
